• Communication and Information Flow - Standard communication protocols, Coordination with flight crew, dispatch, and ramp teams, Use of turnaround checklists
• Monitoring and Control of Ground Operations - Fueling, catering, cleaning, and servicing oversight, Passenger and baggage flow, Load closure and final checks
• Regulatory and Airline Requirements - ICAO Annexes and apron safety standards, IATA AHM turnaround procedures, Airline-specific SOPs
